Donald Trump doesn't take shit from anybody. If they attack him, he attacks back. That was the motto of the 1990 Bulldog team. It was one of the best lessons I learned in College football.
Donald Trump is smart and funny. A lot of people don't like him because of his New York attitude but I find it refreshing. To hear a man tell it like he sees it, is great. He may be wrong on some issues and maybe some liberal moments. He loves the America I grew up in and not the politically correct wuss land America has become.
Yes, I am worried he may do some liberal leanings but I see Rubio will be a puppet and Cruz could be unelectable. It a risk I am willing to overlook because the upside is Trump will make republican establishment either listen to its voters or die a deserved death.
Thanks for clarifying. I understand that's your perspective on Trump and I respect your right to hold it; mine is more in line with this definition:
alpha male
The alpha male is an act that is performed by males usually in their teens and twenties who act tough, are loud, and have to be the center of attention or they feel insecure.
Trump is the most unelectable candidate. Hillary's unfavorable is 52%, meaning 52% of the country will not vote for her under any circumstances. Trump's is 60% unfavorable!
Other candidates:
Ben Carson 30%
Bernie Sanders 31%
Marco Rubio 33%
Ted Cruz 37%
All successful people have egos, hell even unsuccessful people also. Trump ego is HUGE and I don't begrudge that. He is a successful business man and has earned his EGO. Politicians on the other hand risk other peoples money and don't produce anything other than idiotic laws and think their shit doesn't stink.
You do realize that to even run for President you must have a HUGE ego. Otherwise why do you run? Trump is a hard worker and smart outside the political box thinker which makes the establishment uncomfortable. Does the establishment realize how uncomfortable they have made the base feel? Well they are about to find out.
Put the crack pipe down. People will follow a leader and Trump is a leader. You may not like his style or some liberal positions but he is a leader.
I bet T1 you voted for Romney happily in the last election. He was the most flawed candidate the Republicans could have chosen. The one guy on the planet that could not take the fight to Obama on healthcare reform. McCain in 2008 was worse as he is the ultimate RINO.
I will take the risk that Trump (who will get 50% of the blue collar Dems) is electable and win trounce Hillary. If he enacts and follows through on the major points of his campaign, its a HUGE win for America.
Do you realize the establishment prefers Trump over Cruz? Trump does not see ideological enemies, he sees people to make deals with. He has no principles... or if he does, they change over time for no apparent reason (or the reason is that it will get him the deal he wants).
It's not my pipe. It's polling data. It's time for you Trump folks to get your head out of the sand. The world is not conspiring to stop Trump. He's a terrible candidate.
