Actually, I hope it is so out of control either way that I can go to bed and not get too into it. If it is Ohio State up, though, I will stay up. Those little green grasshopper ducks can score 40 points in a few minutes. They, actually, have a defense too - surprisingly.

In 2001, Nebraska -- who finished 2nd in their division with a late November loss to Colorado -- was picked by the computers to face Miami in the Rose Bowl for the bc$ championship, over Oregon who had actually won their conference with a lone loss.

Miami would go on to destroy the Huskers, while the Ducks would rout Colorado in the Fiesta.

It was the first time the bc$ really hosed a deserving team, and I've felt vaguely sympathetic to Oregon ever since that.

This!! As I get older I find that I can't stay up for these night games unless we are playing. If it is close I will try to fight it and watch til the end.

But won't be surprised the least bit if Urban Meyer finds a way to win this thing. It should be a competitive game. So, a couple of key plays going the Bucks' way can flip this sucker into an OSU win.

For OSU to win, I think, their O needs to stay on the field with long, time-consuming drives, while resting their D.

So, to summarize:

the OSU O needs to outperform the UO O.
