The billboard was a great idea and this next sentence is an observation and not a complaint. But from my vantage point at the game, the crowd seemed to be about 60% Tech fans, 38% Illinois fans, and MAYBE 2% football fans that was not rooting for either side, that I assumed were from Dallas. I'm sure the weather had a lot to do with it, but the city of Dallas didn't come out to the game as much as I thought they would. Again, still a great billboard and glad we had it put up and great bowl, hope we get invited back.

Promotion, promotion, promotion...or lack thereof! This should sound familiar to us wanting to fill the Joe each weekend. Give away 20,000 seats to locals until they are willing to pay. What would it have cost the bowl? They would have probably made money in perception, concessions & parking. Just my 2 cents.

There were 6 or 8 doofuses that should have been up on the second level with their free first responder tickets but instead were in front of is holding up a sign for most of the game. You know what it said?

Jim Harbaugh please come to Michigan.

It's priced so only people that care about the two teams buy tickets. It's there for ratings not ticket sales.
