UCF isn't even anywhere near a beach. I don't get why their fans would be considering a beach trip over a football game.
For the record, UCF is less than an hour from the beach.

It's about an hour from both Cocoa and Daytona. I'd be shocked if the beach is seriously competition for their fans. An hours drive to the beach isn't a spur of the moment trip. Not with everything else available near there. Next are they going to build a roller coaster into the other side of their stadium?
My stepmother live in Cocoa Beach. Fantastic place. I don't know how well this will fly over but they are in the Pantheon on G-5 programs. They know how to created succes.
I will say this. The Jags did something similar with the pools. Idea is cool and will attract people. Until it gets cold. It doesn't get super cold in Florida but warmer weather folks tend to get cold faster. Your attraction basically has value in August and September games. Better hope October stays above 70 or no one will care for a beach theme (or a pool in the Jags case).
We should plant some pine trees and place some fake deer props in the north endzones. It'll be a hunters theme bar.
This could be cool, but looks a little too gimmicky to me by the drawings. I will reserve judgement until it is built, but I WILL judge then.
