He does not appear to have signed for MSU so I don't know what the holdup is. Nothing from Memphis either (his other offer).

Smith is a 3-star QB/Athlete, that was recruited by Tim Rattay. He also has offers from Miss State and Memphis.

....just to be clear, I presume you are referring to the West Orange Stark HIGH SCHOOL administration, and not our administration? We can only surmise that he got into some kind of trouble with his high school for something.
