Love Speedy's video. I watched about 14 min of it. After viewing that, it's hard to believe nobody but us recruited that kid.

Roads are fine this morning in Ruston.
18 wins as freshmen, 27 as sophs, 29 as juniors and 23 and counting as seniors. We have been truly blessed by these three guys.

Yeah, as usual this marketing effort has show the brilliance of our AD and his peeps. Shame the fans all week as to what a POS they are if they don't attend, but never consider offering decent pricing on tickets for the last home game of the year even when the weather looked bad 7 days in advance.
I assumed the tickets would be offered at lower rate for such an important game to the seniors. I called to check on prices for a friend who wanted to bring his family. Missed opportunity to bring in a family of potential fans. Probably not the only ones.
While standing in line last game to purchase a ticket for a child's friend, I witnessed a family (mom, maybe teenish daughter, and two tweenish girls) go up to the ticket window. She (mom) said "
general admission is 12.00 for these kids?? Oh my gosh...I can't do that." one of the girls said, "mommmmm". Mom said, "I am sorry, I just can't." They left. Missed opportunity for 4. If I had the money/tickets, I would have given!
Also what would be nice is a discount for students to purchase tickets. Yes, I know, its already free for me, but its easier to get out-of-town friends in if I can say, hey I can get you $5/10 off your ticket. When we went to the Techsters game at MSU, we paid basically nothing since my brother is a student there.
That is really heartbreaking. First the ticket both rep should have suggested the $8 upper level tickets.
And secondly there's GOT to be some way to do a special deal for families with children. Maybe a buy-one-get-one for school age children... Got to be SOMETHING. Get em in for exciting, wining basketball, electric atmosphere, Hoop Troop and cheerleaders and Regal Blues: They'll be back. We have SO VERY MUCH to offer. To this day I remember my first Tech basketball game a friend took me to when I was in the 10th grade at RHS back in the 60's. One game made me a fan for life. I appreciate the multiple emails I've gotten this week, but wow are we just missing some major promotions to get new fans in.
