http://hamptonroads.com/2015/04/conf...all-bowl-game#Fox Sports, CBS Sports Network and NBC Sports Network are the likely networks that would televise the new bowls
If Arizona & Austin are approved, that would give C-USA 8 primary bowl slots for 13 teams. AAC would have 9 slots for 12 teams.ESPN reported that all four new proposed bowl games are expected to be approved. Generally, if bowl sponsors have signed deals with two conferences and a television network, games are routinely approved, according to ESPN.
Last year, the American only had 6 eligible teams (2013 they had 5). That could leave open 2 attractive slots for C-USA teams - Little Rock & Orlando.C-USA has no bids to major bowls, but all eight bowls are in attractive locations: Nassau, the Bahamas; St. Petersburg and Miami Beach, Fla.; Dallas and Austin, Texas; New Orleans, La., Albuquerque, New Mexico; and Tucson.
