If Terminex used illegal chemicals they should be taken to task for it....through proper channels, which would be local officials, and probably some kind of civil action so that family can recover medical bills, etc... I'm not defending Terminex. I use a "bug" company to spray my house and all my rental properties. The owner of that company "whines" all the time about ever-changing laws and EPA regulations that are hampering his business. Said they'd be using the same basic chemicals for 40 years, without so much as a pet getting sick, now all of sudden, that very formulation is "too dangerous."

But, that's not the point. The point is GMA has limited air time to devote to stories. Time it yourself. In a typical hour, they have maybe 12 minutes to devote to "news." So...what does the lamestreamers decide is so important....news about the now 13 times obummer has been slammed in Federal courts, having his illegal executive actions over-turned? Nah! Christians being murdered worldwide while obummer laments "poor" treatment of gays, and gives moooslims a pass? Nah! The actual unemployment rate of 20%, the ever-shrinking middle class? Nah! I could go on...

Nope! GMA thinks it's important to attack another evil corporation.

Recovering from medical bills is probably the furthest thing from the minds of the family. Two family members remain in critical condition and may die. Forget about there "probably" will be some kind of civil action-there will be on several fronts. The company is now facing a criminal investigation. A company shouldn't "whine" about rules that forbid chemicals so dangerous that they can kill people from an adjacent room.
