Have we (as a group) ever been this happy about almost all of our coaches? I can't remember a time when over 90% of us were happy with our MBB, WBB, Football, Baseball, and Softball coaches. Plus, we like our President!
This might be unprecidented. I think we have some hold outs or "wait and see" on our A.D. still.
I think it is like the alignment of the planets. When things are this good, something bad is bound to happen. I love what we have as a coaching staff on all fronts. I have even paid a little attention to College Baseball since Goff took over.
Reflects to the top man in Dr. Guice. He has done an excellent job.
Not sure about the AD hire yet. His only hires have been WBB and Baseball so far. We have not seen enough football scheduling to judge that yet. Fundraising is also a question mark, but it appears he has more room to seek funds than D.R. ever gave an AD.
ADTM will have my neverending loyalty if he can get Coke products and souvenier cups back to the Joe....

Our AD is the only question mark and that's because he just hasn't been there long. I think MD is right, this shows us how much better a President we have than in the past.

Agree. If Skip has another good year we may be stuck with him for 3 more years (and have to give him a raise). Fire him now!
Speaking of Skip, I went a perused the USF message board recently to gauge their thoughts on him. It was an interesting read. They have...I think...recognized that maybe THEY are the problem and not their coaches. At least it is making many of them wonder considering SH's resurgence last year at Tech and the poor performance of his replacement at USF.
Too many ECU fans said the same thing over and over again about Skip. He will win a lot of games and Championships but they will be close and he will lose some that he is not suppose to. Well he already has a division title under his belt, and lost two games last year that still have me head scratching... But the way we beat down some folks last year is incredible!! We dropped 48, 55, 59 and 76 points on bowl teams last year! Skip is a helluva coach who I think might be in the perfect position to build something long term!
USF fans spoke differently of Skip. They said he won't blow teams out and can't recruit... said he will destroy Tech by recruiting terrible players. The best team we would have would be the 2013 team because that was Sonny's players.
My biggest fear was the ECU fans' statements, more than those of USF. I was nervous that we would be a good team, but just striving to be "good" and not "great". So far, the USF fans have been wrong. The ECU fans' opinions are still being tested. We certainly lost to some teams that we should have beat, but we blew some others out of the water. I want a team that makes it to a bcs/aq bowl and that should be the goal. Loved beating up on Illinois in our bowl last year - now time to take it a step further.
Yeah, we they were full of crap! Our 2013 was his worse team and the last two recruiting classed we astounding. Did I mention that we may heave to most talented Tech team on the field right now since we joined FBS? SMH
