Looks like a brief break in the weather around noon, but thunderstorms return around 2.

In the event of the impending thunderstorms?
Anyone know what plan B is. You can play in the rain, but not lighting.
Will the white team wear white helmets?

White lightning?
I'm following the game on twitter and Driskle has thrown 3 td passes so far. Mmmmmmm.
Anyone invite UAB baseball fans over??????
Henderson or Taylor playing?
both started
Taylor is 6 for 88yd
Henderson 4 for 49 yd
Who is 93 white? All QB s looked good so far. Driskel had an int at the end of the half throwing for the end zone with one second left. Remember that when looking at the stats. All had some good deep balls. Blake Martin looked good. QuantaMoore and tee sparrow stuffed Craft on the goal line
Higgins threw som nice passes. Had one batted down at the line of scrimmage. Price Wilson opened second half with a long TD to Seay
A few thoughts...
I left after Wilson hit Seay for the long TD, so this is just based on what I saw in the first half.
Sanford Seay! He had a great Spring Game last year too though and never got on the field. He looked great though. Trent Taylor still Mr. Reliable and very hard guy to cover... almost uncoverable... what a weapon! Marlon Watts looked good too. Connor Smith had a great day. Receivers are strong.
OL didn't get much push for either team in the running game. Protection was pretty good though. We were rolling the QBs out of the pocket a lot and I've been wanting to see us do that for a while.
All 3 QBs are capable. Higgins still doesn't look to the middle of the field though... it seems that all his completions are out patterns. But he didn't make any mistakes and has a strong arm.
DBs gave up a lot of passing yardage, but I thought the coverage was ok. Our QBs and receivers were just unstoppable. Driskel made some great throws to back shoulders to free up some space.
Kickers are still bad. Missed an EP and a very short FG (which ended up costing the White team the game).
I was very pleased with what I saw. My only concern is OL run blocking and depth at LB. Oh, I thought Jaylon Ferguson showed some nice pass rush ability. He can get in the backfield quickly.
Looking at some tweets it seems Driskel didn't play as well in the 2nd half. He looked very good in the 1st half though. I'm excited about Price Wilson's future here. He's a good looking athlete and made some very nice throws.
Driskel threw a bad int to Barnes. Then led the team to a two minute drill win with the two point conversion. Barnes almost had another but stepped out somehow. Higgins to Taylor was unstoppable.
Blake Martin is the best second back we have. I don't know why he doesn't get more playing time. Of course, the coaches know more than I do and maybe he's most effective as a pinch hitter.
