Forgot about that one. I'm not in the rah rah camp of home and home games with P5 Schools. Certainly not with 2 for 1s.
Until things change in a big way, we will always be forced to play at least 2 money games each year which leaves room for 2 "other games" in most years and on the rare occasion we play 1 money game we have room for 3 "other games". One of the other games will almost always be an "FCS tuneup" (like NSU ).
The question is what is best for the 6th game every other year. Is it LaLaff, nlulm, or the other end of a home and home with a team like UMass? Some would say scrap the FCS and use that spot for a guaranteed large draw.
Beyond another home and home with Army, I have no interest in going to the northeast, especially New England where the importance and interest in college football still ranks somewhere between rowing and field hockey. Yeah I know scheduling is hard.

Boston is a great town to visit for a game like this one.
Tulane is buying out of playing at MSU in 2016. What will that mean for us?

Simplest solution is that they just buy themselves another home game to replace them.
If they start freaking out about the utter indignity of an SEC team playing only 6 home games in a season, they'll buy out our game and replace us with a home game, too (they'd still need to replace Tulane in that case, which is why I doubt this news changes anything). They won't try to get out of their BYU game, it meets their "P5" requirement.

What conference are they in?
