Houston sucked when we played y'all in 2012. Only reason you beat us in 2011 is because you had a once in a generation QB. Y'all still suck, and will continue to suck because you can't play defense and your players are soft.
Also, congrats on playing in the AAC. Such a big deal. You're a half step up from C-USA (don't forget where you came from) and the half step is due strictly to money, not actual play on the football field or basketball court. La Tech will line up and play you any day, any time, anywhere and beat you. Hands down. No question.
Cougar King, don't challenge Mr Warner. He knows intimately what he speaks about.
We sucked in 2012 yet still put 49 points on you and was a questionable penalty away from recovering the onside kick and tying the game after being down by multiple touchdowns.
At the end of the day one of our worst teams in years had a shootout with one of your best. What do you think would happen if we played now considering the defense we have. Let's not forget that your defense wouldn't be able to stop our current qb either.
La Tech is a good mid to lower level G5 but that's about it.
What has attracted a UofH guy to this board? That doesn't make much sense.
We only played offense in 2012. #1 offense, #127 defense. (it ended up costing us against the good teams... our 3 losses were to Top 25 teams).
We are a balanced team now and defense is our strength. Since UTSA beat you, we would likely beat you worse.
(and the QB from Shreveport chose Tech yesterday... )
You have got to be kidding, I sure hope your kidding, because you know and everyone knows that tech would beat that ass.
How can you make such bold claims when uh lost to UTSA lol, not only did uh lose, it was a blowout. Stop it now, you sound silly kid.
Here you go buddy, come back when you have a valid argument.

Getting back to the AAC specifically, it tied the MAC and only beat out the Sun Belt in win percentage, and Memphis was the lowest ranked of the three Group of Five teams in the AP Top 25. Also, the bottom of the AAC included Tulane, Tulsa, SMU and UConn, four teams that ranked near the bottom of several FBS statistical categories and are all probably included in the list of 10 or 15 worst teams in the country in 2014.
