Well, good thing he's gone.
Well, good thing he's gone.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say there WILL NOT be a great improvement in out OOC schedule...
A slight to marginal improvement at best -
When you can't BUY SWAC games, there is not need to look any further

Very disappointing. Each year it's becoming more and more evident that White did not put enough effort into scheduling. I think scheduling was White's biggest shortcoming. Other teams have completed their schedules while all White did was sign us up for an awful tournament and then get a return game from a SWAC school. According to some on here, this was supposed to be the year in which teams would want to schedule us because we are losing our big three. Of course, the Monroe media is right on cue for asking Tech about scheduling the lowly local teams that nobody cares about.
June 3rd:
2015 Recruiting Class of Zero.
Need 8 more games on the schedule, None added.
I'm looking for some Good News, For a Change.

This sounds like an idea that's been thrown around on here. not sure who - skill or 06 or someone else.Three teams agree two a two-year contract with two guaranteed home games. Team A plays at Team B, Team B plays at Team C and Team C plays at Team A in one year before reversing the order the next year.
The sky is not falling, fellas.

Scheduling news...
It appears Tech is the only C-USA school that hasn't signed a recent H&H with Georgia State. GSU announces games next season with USM, ODU, UAB, and MTSU. Even UTSA has been able to do that in the last couple years.
Mike White never got SFA on the schedule because...??

SFA's Brad Underwood told @CBSSports he still needs seven non-conference games for next season. Only two set. The cost of being successful!
