Anybody (Tech fans included) who thinks that way is a slow blinker.

In the name of fairness, the home plate ump is horrible and putting on a show for national TV.

It is a good game. Apparently Louisville is a very good team.

I should have stayed at Byrd's house. I get home to see the replay of a HR by the Cardinals. The red team. Whoever they are.

The studio talking head for ESPN kept saying "Louisiana" during post game. Did I miss something?

Easy, just pull for the individual players! Lots of local kids out there representing the state. ULL specifically has a ton of talent from programs like Barbe and STM; they have done a great job mining prospects along I-10. Proof that there are enough players right here to get you to Omaha. Can Goff do the same with I-20? Stay tuned...

I don't expect him to since the population along I-10 is about 10 times more than I-20. I get your point though.

ULL swept? Say it ain't so! Where's my bud, geauxpnc?

Actually, given it was a 3-game series, Game 2 should have been in Lafayette on the Cajuns' home field. Might not have mattered, but still....

I agree. Can we coin the phrase "Tiger Privilege"? They certainly benefit...football, baseball...

Missouri State is the team I feel bad for. Higher seed than Arkansas, but had to play super regional in front of 12,000-plus Hog fans because Missouri State plays home games at home of Cardinals' AA franchise and they were in town for the weekend. Arkansas won the deciding game 3-2.
