This year is better than 2012. After a little research, I could only find 3 players for 4 awards. Chad Boyd (Thorpe Award), Stephen Warner (Rimington and Outland), and Ryan Allen (Ray Guy).

Quinton was on the Biletnikoff, Hunter Lee was on the Doak Walker, (not boasting, just saying) I was also on the Lombardi watch list, and Colby was on the Manning Award watch list as well.

So that's 6 players on 8 pre season award watch lists for 2012.

I was. I was just adding in the one's T1 didn't have on his list. I was much more proud of the Outland watch list though. It's a lot more selective and covers all linemen instead of just one position.

I'm proud of Big Vern for getting on that one. That's a big time achievement.

Sixteen of the association’s 22 awards select a preseason watch list and the NCFAA has spearheaded a coordinated effort to promote each award’s preseason candidates. Following is the complete 2015 preseason watch list calendar:
Tues., July 7: Bednarik Award / Maxwell Award
Wed., July 8: Mackey Award / Rimington Trophy
Thurs., July 9: Lou Groza Award / Ray Guy Award

I haven't checked to see what each award is for, but I know the Lou Groza and Ray Guy Awards are for kickers. After last year, we knew no Tech player would be on the pre-season list for either of those awards.
