Still, the point remains, it is stupid to let them have it. You would think by now we would have come up with an international convention that allowed for the seizure of that money.
Add Iran to the list of military rearmament and upgrading going on while we stagnate and cut. Will Obama allow Boeing, Lockheed Martin, or Northrop Grumman do military business with Iran? Would they?

You are trying to be intellectually dishonest to protect a liberal president. Don't do this to yourself. He can be wrong sometimes. If it turns out that Iran is benign and doesn't want nuclear weapons and really just wants peace with Israel and America, then I will say Obama was right some day. You should be concerned about this probable naive move by our president. It's okay to be concerned.
Think about (not just superficially) what the alternative to not signing an agreement would be.
What are the alternatives? I really don't know. I heard Obama say the sanctions were hurting other countries and not just Iran. Was that the primary reason for the surrender?
The "alternative" is inevitable. This doesn't even delay it. At best, Iran continues at current pace. But more likely, they will accelerate their program while upgrading everything else now that they'll be flush with cash.
This may be true and if they do, probably everyone will be in favor of nuking them.
