I'm looking forward to being at the K-State game -- I'm presenting at a conference in Kansas City the Monday after the game, so mind as well make the best of it. From looking around on StubHub, I'm pretty sure K-State has a "ulm sell out" going right now, because there seem to be plenty of options. I think both these teams will out perform predictions. Prescott and Diaz have me impressed. and any Bill Snyder team seemingly always outperforms expectations. I think we should be good so we can certainly compete, but I am sure both these teams are a lot better than the Illinois team we beat in the bowl game last year.

Moo state will be a very good team this year. They lost starters, but have a lot of experience coming back. They played a lot of different guys on D last year. Can't forget Dak, too.

We still have a great shot to win both games. It all depends on how driskel performs. Hope he's ready for that pressure.

In 1990, didn't we have Auburn beat and they kicked a field goal with no time left? Auburn publications all say the clock had 3 seconds. My dad always told me the clock had expired and a penalty was called on us to bail out the Tigers. He could be misremembering.
