According to the article, if you purchase the Pass on the side, it goes toward your LTAC contribution. However, the F-Lot pass will not count toward your LTAC contribution.
That is pretty much it. But in the grand scheme of traffic control, it will make it so that you have to have a pass to turn off of Tech Drive onto Stadium Blvd. This should avoid a lot of confusion by folks that thought they could park somewhere and then had to be turned around. Making game day much nicer for those who have passes.
I remember one year they reserved that lot for the press and high school coaches.

So it's that time of year again. Does anyone know if tailgating will be allowed on the hill between the D and F lots? This makes our 6th year setting up there and the first game of every season is always a nail biter. We never really know if they are going to be putting emphasis on "growing the grass" or game day experience. We usually rope off two spots (the other over by the TAC) just in case we can't set up on the hill.
$100 x 150 passes sounds like a scheme to get enough money to buy another colored helmet for our team. What color would we want other than red and white? Place your orders now.
