Steelers got a good one.
I hope he doesn't hurt himself in Pittsburgh - they've lost 2 this preseason!!!
He stunk it up last night, some much that Tomlin passes on a winning 50 yd FG in OT
''Don't be a bad dagh..."
I didn't watch the game, but didn't the defense give up a 13 point lead?
Scobee missed 2 FG's both with less than 5 min left in the 4th quarter giving the Ravens a short field and letting them get down and kick a FG to tie. Then in OT Tomlin went for it on 4th and short twice instead of kicking the FG to win and didn't convert either one. He had obviously lost all trust in Scobee at the time, but you have to kick the FG and win instead of going for it.
I went to a watch party with some guys from church last night since we have a few Steeler and Ravens fans that all wanted to get together. As a fan of neither team, his missed FGs made for great drama and made it that much more fun for me to be there with the fans of the teams. However, as a Tech fan, it was brutal to watch. I hate to say it, but he's really stunk it up this season.
The Pittsburgh Steelers have cut kicker Josh Scobee and replaced him with Chris Boswell. Scobee has been a disaster this season. He has only made 60 percent of his field goal attempts this season. The final nail in Scobee's coffin was missing two field goals in Thursday night's heartbreaking loss to the division rival Ravens. Boswell will be the team's fourth kicker this season. Shaun Suisham and Garrett Hartley were both placed on injured reserve.

What is going on with him? Deleted his twitter account from what I can tell, probably because of the fresh wave of hate from a much larger fanbase than the Jags.
Jacksonville will pick him back up. Their kicker missed at least 3 FG's this past week.
Since it opened in 2002, Heinz Field has been known as being a problem for kickers. This was probably the last place any kicker would want to be traded.

Seems like moving the PAT back has really messed with kicker confidence. It's not just JS.
