I am thoroughly disappointed with the defense.......what happened to the blitzes that won the game for us last year? What are they saving it for? I don't get it.
We need to tackle on kick and punt coverage and find a defense.

I would blame it on the short week, but our starters didn't even play an entire half on Saturday. Anyone know what kind of nightlife they have out in Bowling Green?

Right? No excuse. We have to play hard in the second half!
I'm seeing that Doughty has a very quick release. Blitzing doesn't work well against that. Of course getting burnt in the secondary doesn't work well against that either.
Gotta blitz more. Risky, but sitting back clearly isn't working.. Not much pressure and their receivers are getting open. Hope we make adjustments
It sure worked well last year against him...
