Generally we lead the BXII in returns. Tyler Lockett was just the latest in a very long line of returers that included his uncle Aaron, and of course Jordy Nelson.

I dont know if our returners end up all-conference but we are #2 nationally through week 2. Yes kick it short on KOs, get good hang time on punts. We are dangerous.

Worried about your O and the experience your team has, we lack experience at most offensive positions. Our D is stout though so could be a nice, tight battle. Hope so!

Interesting change of pace going against a ball-control offense with a running qb. Western Kentucky threw it all over the place but they didn't rush exceptionally well against us. On the other side, WKU brought pressure to disrupt our flow. Once they got up, odds were they would outscore us. K-State will trust their D much more (rightfully so). I would imagine K-State will believe they can shut us down offensively more than forcing mistakes. Thus, big plays will be fewer and far between. I'm curious to see if we are stout enough and tough enough on defense to contain their rushing offense. I think it will reveal the strength/weakness of our LB corps more than any other position group. It is conceivable that we could make a game of it, but will be surprising if we can control the game.
    Have you considered those Dogs?

If you're talking about MizterTea, he was a SMU fan.

The problem you will have is from week to week we will completely change our O approach. Huebner can chuck it, but our run game is taking an interesting turn with Gronk, the frosh Winston (OC's son) and Silmon. We havent showed much of what will be shown Saturday.

Scatfu, did not think of the fact that your first two opponents were rather weak so there is a great possibility Snyder kept your game plan vanilla. Should be a fun game to watch!

Do you expect more passing Saturday? Our pass defense was shown to be vulnerable at WKU. I expect us to take some chances downfield because it will be difficult to sustain drives.

Scatfu - I am too lazy to look it up but a radio guy in Louisiana said KSU has more Big12 wins in the last 5 years than any other Big12 team - is that fact?

Also, tell your B12 buds to let us join the conference - we could be a major asset and have more long term upside than most of the other schools in the mix for your conference.

That is correct, and the longest streak of years having a player drafted in the NFL draft. Both stats seem to surprise people, but no one in the BXII.

I would love to expand, most of us would.

Silmon is the real deal. Gronk--not so much. I think we have the better team but not so much better as to overcome the homefield advantage. (I think we outgained ya'll by 100 yards)
