Jens Danielsen has developed a habit of going against the grain. For starters, he is the only Kansan on the 2015 football roster, an honor he has held for all three years he has played at Louisiana Tech. Then there is the 99.9 percent likelihood that he is the only player named Jens (pronounced YENS) to ever play for the Bulldogs. His unique name and abnormal home state for this team can easily be traced back to his strong family roots in northern Europe.
