Yes, but you don't have to get down to that number until right before the season starts (day before or 2 days before or something close to that).
There are 42 names on the roster...will 7 be cut? as in not making the team? Can any of those redshirt and not count towards the 35 man roster?

I believe they can redshirt, or even not play and lose a year of eligibility if they already have redshirted, but they're not allowed to be a part of the team. No practices, no travel, etc. Only 35 can be on the team.

Looks like Goff has remade the roster and is ready to win now as he has stated. I have no issues but was curious to what our roster make up was. We need to win now that is for sure!
