Tech Athletics called today asking for donations for this. I gave $200 and renewed our basketball season tickets.
Must...Need...B-52 flyover for this game. Please?
Focus dammit. That game is two weekends away.

post game camp out movie - that is something my kids would run over MTSU linebackers for....what the hell are the details on that?
And this is the problem with the Athletic Department at Tech. I emailed on Sunday to inquire about tickets for the UTSA game this weekend, but did not receive a response until Thursday. By that time, I had already bought tickets for my entire family through Ticketmaster. The ONLY time anyone has ever contacted me directly about giving was prior to the HOD Bowl last December, and that was likely because they knew we lived in TX.
I would be more than happy to throw some $$$ their way, but more often than not I have no idea about these types of campaigns. Many of us are likely not in a position to donate huge sums of money, but we'd be willing to pony up a little when asked. I don't understand the mentality of the folks running things.
