We are tied for 60th in Red Zone scoring in 2015. Just imagine how good we COULD be if we could score TD's from the red zone.

We have also attempted more FGs than every FBS team in the country but two. When is the last time you saw our offense be allowed to try to convert a 4th down inside the 30? That is a head coaching decision. I promise you there have been several times that our offense wanted to keep a drive going or punch it in for a score. But Holtz loves kicking FGs as much as Jack Bicknell did.

And we are certainly not going to convert 4th downs running plays from the shotgun.

There is the other side of that coin.

My comment was never about Barnes' kicking performance, so quit changing the issue. Barnes has done great so far this year, and nobody needs your disclosures to know that.

I've said many times this season that THIS TECH team hasn't learned how to score touchdowns in the red zone yet. And more specifically, when Hermandawg suggested that this team is struggling in the red zone, you responded by saying "Not necessarily". Hence you got a well-deserved Head in the Sand greeting, which was well earned.
