Five league games and a pair of interesting non-conference games make up the week eight schedule in Conference USA, with all games being played on Saturday. Six of the seven games will be televised, with games beginning at 11 a.m. CDT and continuing into the evening.

Five league games and a pair of interesting non-conference games make up the week eight schedule in Conference USA, with all games being played on Saturday. ASN will carry a tripleheader of games (Southern Miss at Charlotte at 11 a.m. CDT, followed by Middle Tennessee at Louisiana Tech at 2:30 p.m. CDT and Florida Atlantic at UTEP at 6 p.m. CDT). FOX Sports Regional Networks (FSN) will show a doubleheader, featuring Army at Rice at 11 a.m. CDT and North Texas at Marshall at 2:30 p.m. CDT. ESPN U will carry the WKU at LSU game at 6 p.m. CDT.

I'm pumped for WKU @ LSU, hoping the Tops can pull the upset. Just so that when Tech meets them in the Cusa championship WKU might be ranked. Would look better for Tech too if they can take care of business.

Definitely...... If it doesn't rain, I think WKU CAN win this one. The problem is lsu luck at the end of games never seems to run out. WKU may be ahead by 3 with 10 seconds on the clock and running it down the field for a TD, then drops the ball with no defender even close. The ball rolls back 20 yards and an lsu defender picks it up and runs it in as the time expires. All media states that WKU was over matched.
