    I didn't go through it that closely, but the state doesn't govern Tulane. I think Edwards is sending a message to Tech that he didn't like how Tech orchestrated the debate in Ruston.

    Good point--the state doesn't govern Tulane, but it seems they're an important player in higher ed. I also don't see reps from McNeese or Nicholls, but to leave out a Tier 1 institution--that seems like a real slight.
