Tragic accident driving to the Tech Game

Just informed that Bron and Greg Smotherman were driving to the Tech game when their car hydroplaned and hit a tree. Bring was killed and Greg badly hurt. Lots of prayers needed

That is terrible. My condolences to the family and friends. All....please be extra careful when traveling on wet highways and streets.

They were coming from Minden. Greg had an alumni event for his fraternity to attend.

They are members are FBC in Minden. Bron was in the choir and Greg plays the trumpet. Greg went home from the hospital either Saturday night or Sunday morning but he is home healing both physically and emotionally. Bron was a very sweet lady with a smile always on her face. She sat in the choir right in front of me...pretty emotional at church Sunday morning. WE are lifting you and the rest of the family up, Greg! We definitely know Bron is in a much better place.

Remember Greg from my high school days. He was a first rate guy and we had lots of fun in the band. So sorry to hear of the loss of your soul mate.
