I wouldn't doubt Obama has promised the Arabs not to "go all out" against Islamic terrorism and in fact promised the Saudi's not to use the term Islamic terrorism and terrorist. There's no other reason he has done absolutely nothing but the bare minimum. Obama has had way too many islamic terrorist attacks on American soil and still refuses to call it such for his own record or appeasing the muslim Kings he promised.
France really needs to rethink their police training and recruitment. The more video comes out, the worse they look.
