I've heard that Kyle Allen will transfer to..........wait for it..................................CAL!!!! That's right. Supposedly, Sonny Dykes is all over this one.

Allen was a sophomore this year. so 2 more playing years cause I think he was a true freshman last year.

Also, Trevor Knight from Oklahoma is transferring

OH, I see why Dykes is after him. He sits out next year, and when Goff leaves, he's a junior and ready to play. So it doesn't matter if Goff stays or goes in that regard.

I'm split on the idea. I'm okay with it if it's a noted big time QB like Jeff Driskel. The risk is lower. However, our first 5th yr senior QB transfer, Taylor Bennett, was a big bust back in 2008. So it doesn't always work out.

There's simply no explanation for Cody Sokol's tenure at LA Tech. He was a big surprise. Unlike Driskel and Bennett, Sokol hadn't played much college football, and was tired of riding the bench. His timing was just perfect because we were so desperate. Dude came from out of nowhere and thew for 3,500 yds. You don't see that every day.
