My wife and I are gonna make it a weekend. Not where I was hoping we'd land, but we'll make the best of it.
I'm thinking about me and this is best for ME! I don't have to buy any new clothes. My wife won't be miserable in the weather. My friends want to go to New Orleans. We're going to have a blast!

Hesitant to take the kids. Not what I consider a family friendly venue. What family oriented things are there to do besides acquarium?
Insectarium, Christmas in the oaks, the zoo may still be open. You will have to hunt, but there are options.
that is what I was afraid of.... will try to make the most of it.
We might have 3 extra since this is in NO, we are planning to leave Friday afternoon and make a day of it Saturday.
