There was a reunion of sorts Friday afternoon between Louisiana Tech head coach Skip Holtz and former Notre Dame teammate Tim Brown at the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl Luncheon as both the Louisiana Tech and Arkansas State football teams enjoyed a meal together one day before facing off against each other Saturday night.
