This link is a public record and sheds a lot of light on the subject. Pages 12, 13, and 14 concerns this subject and it appears to me that Learfield is actually losing money as their income has not surpassed their cost of over $650,000 or else they would be sharing a profit. They did not contribute to the video board but the contract provided a revenue stream from which the foundation could borrow the money and use those annual funds to make the annual payments to the bank. This details the arrangements between Tech, Learfield, and the Foundation.
