In fact, I'd argue the better the opponent, the more likely Alex will dominate. Maybe it's because they underestimate his prowess idk.

In any event, I'm sure we all wish nothing but success for Alex going forward.
I have yet to see somebody successfully guard Hamilton tight. Hamilton takes over when teams meet him at half court.
He struggles against the zone. If anything holds him back it isn't his drive or his passing, it's his shooting. I don't know if he will get drafted but he has as much a chance at a career in the NBA as anybody we've had.
Now that he's proven he can play the point, especially in halfcourt sets, I don't think it's crucial that he's not a lethal perimeter shooter. They don't play zone in the NBA. Now, if he was being looked at as a 2 guard, his shot would be more important. It's also worth mentioning that he is an excellent defender and rebounder.

In his career he is .500 against the autonomous 5 schools
''Don't be a bad dagh..."
I remember wins at Oklahoma, Florida State, Georgia, Texas A&M, and Ohio State and losses to Oklahoma State, NC State, Syracuse, Florida State, and Ole Miss. All of these games were played on the home court of the other school, with the exception of Oklahoma State. That game was played in Oklahoma City in front of a large crowd of OK State fans. There were only a few of us Tech fans there.
.500 against those teams is AWESOME!
I'm so happy for Alex. If you can't go out with a conference championship, then a triple-double is the perfect consolation. He'll be remembered as the winningest Bulldog ever. Legendary career.
All conference new-comer as a freshman. 3rd team all conference as a sophomore. 2nd team all conference as a junior. He will be first team all conference as a senior and should be in the running for conference mvp. He's one of the best players to EVER wear a LaTech uniform.
