Our State Police say:

- State Police says they are getting a lot of info and have a lot of leads.

- Very large crime scene (Old Hammon and Airline)

- No active shooter in BR. They believe the person killed is the person who shot officers

- Officers responding to the 2nd scene killed the suspect

- 1:00pm news conference tomorrow to update

Our Governor says:

- Been a tough day today
- Restates facts of tragedy
- Violence has to stop
- Unspeakable tragedy
- Wish I had more command of the English language so I could state how I really feel (yes he said this)

I think he's running late because the East Br Sheriff put the smackdown about not being about gun control rather than a mans heart. Obama had to have someone explain that to him.

Good question. I've been thinking about it since I first heard. Some are now wanting to prohibit the open carry thing in the entire state.

The times are as unique as the convention being held. IMO the people responsible for preventing civil unrest during these times are allowed to make the call at a unique location. Rights are not being violated nor are they violated in any public gathering venue where weapons are prohibited.

I am very much opposed to taking away the open carry rights outside the area named as the designated convention area.

He better arm his officers. Democrats and media have been playing the same dangerous game with Trump that they have with police officers. Democrats are now killing over this ignorance. Incredibly dumb if he doesn't let them carry arms. Everyone is already saying Democrats are going to raise hell in Cleveland.

Here we go again with the pointing fingers only at Democrats. This world will never get better until this kind of thinking stops. These cowards that kill at will couldn't care less about political affiliations. So glad God doesn't play politics.
