John Kerry says the recent Brussels bombing is a sign "we are winning." Yep, obummer's policies are working and that is why we see ISIS, or DASHE, as Kerry calls them, attacking the West on our home turf.
Good thing obummer/Kerry weren't in charge during WWII.
Kerry: yes, the fact the Germans have invaded England, and the Japs have taken Sydney, is a sign our policies are winning this war!

There's nothing baffling about it. It wasn't a prediction of anything going to happen. It's an utterance of things that already happened and were happening. Brussels had been in the news pretty regularly since the Bataclan massacre because of the operations to capture Abdeslam and others. In no way did Trump say anything remotely close to a prediction that Brussels will be attacked. And even if he did, which he didn't, it is the equivalent of saying water will make things wet when it rains. Then waiting 3 months for it to rain and say "see! I said it would rain!"
I don't think Trump would be able to tell you which continent Belgium was on.
