Okay, tecnically Clear Lake (Bay Oaks Country Club) is in Houston, but barely. The Woodlands makes sense after I checked the demographics. There are a lot of Tech grads north of Houston and even those in the west can get to the Woodlands easily now with the new toll road (if the waters ever recede).
