Here's one umpsie, I bet, who does not get his contract in the mail from the C-USA office to be a part of the C-USA tourney. I would say at least one conference coach will blackball him . . . .

Goff said it was bad. It certainly was. Neither one was even close to a strike.
WOW!!!
Is there a possibility that umpire will be penalized for his overt lack of professionalism? It was so obviously a ball the announcers called it a ball and the catcher/pitcher conceded to the walk.
Have you considered those Dogs?
I hate the set-up for us this season. How many times are we going to have to play Rice before this is all said and done?
My God that's terrible. That wasn't anywhere close to being a strike.
Tournament has 2 brackets - seeds 1, 4, 5, 8 in one and seeds 2, 3, 6, 7 in the other. The winner of each double elimination bracket advances to the single-elimination championship game that will be televised by CBS Sports.
In 2015, #8 seed FIU won the 1, 4, 5, 8 bracket with 3 straight wins and defeated #6 seed UAB in the championship game.
This is how the CWS is set up (except the championship is a best-of-3 series). I don't like it or understand it. Seventy-five percent of the field will not play one another. I liked it much better when it was a true, 8-team, double-elimination bracket. Have an undefeated team out of the winners' bracket and a team from the losers' bracket that has to win twice in other to be crowned champion!
