He was best known for his epic beard and lighting people up on special teams. He's a true thumper in the middle, but his speed makes him a C gap to C gap player, and ill suited to defending some of the uber spreads run in the BigXII. He was looked at as a spin down candidate to end in the Spring, but surpassed by another doing the same as he healed from injury.

Hard hitter and good pick up if his ankle is truly healed.

That's a lot of game experience at a very high level. This guy will be a great add for us.
