Two years of Goff was a lot better than the 10 years of Robeauchoke! Hopefully the success the last two years will bring another upcoming coach that continues the foundation that Goff started.

He's their Leon Barmore. Raised in the area, never left the area, loves the area. You can't expect somebody not from North Louisiana not to leave if they get a better offer. Hopefully, Coach Goff stays but it's highly unlikely. If he does we owe him much thanks for getting the program restarted. The next hire will be the one that defines the Baseball Program. We can't afford to screw up this next hire.

I think he stays - makes a run next year then goes to a real baseball school.

Bama has money and money talks - but he should have a loaded roster for 17 in Ruston - make a good run then ease back and see what big time baseball schools call.

The later this goes on without one of our guys reporting it is a sealed deal - the more I think he will stay in Ruston. If he is scheduled to be in Bama Friday, we would know about it know.

That's a perception. Not sure how much big money has ever gone after him. He has not over acheived in the Sunbelt.

Yes we can. We/our own people go overboard with that crap. Baseball/Softball is the most glaring example.
