We still have room for an additional assistant coach. Goff had 3 assistants.

Other baseball programs have a director of operations position for baseball. Tech doesn't. And like maverick said, the third assistant is a volunteer.
If we are going to get serious about baseball, besides giving our HC a contract, we need a director of baseball operations as a paid position. Of course that would mean we will also have to have a director of softball operations.
