It’s become a sadly familiar sequence of events: a confrontation on an urban street, an order to obey, a sudden movement, and a police officer shoots a black man.
The riots follow.
Now here comes Hillary Clinton with her solution to the problem: America needs to deal with “systemic racism” in its law-enforcement system.
“We gotta tackle the systemic racism, this horrible shooting again, how many times do we have to see this in our country?” the Democratic Party presidential nominee declared in a recent interview on the “The Steve Harvey Show.”
Clinton was referring to the incident Friday in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in which a white officer, Betty Shelby, shot and killed an unarmed black man, Terence Crutcher.
Clinton told Harvey that as president she would strive to prevent racial shootings by police officers.
“Maybe I can by speaking directly to white people, say, ‘Look, this is not who we are,'” she said. “We’ve got to do everything possible to improve policing, to go right at implicit bias.”

Colin Flaherty, a reporter who has chronicled countless incidents of black mob violence over the years, said the Democrat candidate is just pandering to African-Americans.
“Most conservatives would be surprised if they knew how much time Hillary Clinton – and Bernie Sanders – have spent over the last two years talking about black racial grievances and how white racism is the root of all of it,” Flaherty told WND. “Her favorite line during this period is how one-in-three black men will spend some time in prison and how ‘there is no reason for that.’ Other than black people commit far more crimes than white people – and of course, Asian people, too.
“So now Hillary says she is going to dismantle this system of white racism by talking to police and reminding them, ‘That is not who we are.’ Translation: Black people do not like it when black people are caught committing crimes. So stop arresting them.”

I saw a stat that police, across the nation, have 20,000,000 (that's 20 million) encounters per year, such as the type that has led to shootings. Of those 9 million involve black suspects. That's 9 MILLION encounters where police have to do some extra talking, or where the citizen is not responding to police commands as they want him/her to do. That 9 million does not include other routine encounters, such as a simple traffic stop, here's your ticket, Mr. African-American Male, have a nice day. No issues because the driver obeyed police commands.
No, that 9 million encounters are such that the citizen (an African-American in these cases) was not as responsive/cooperative as the police would have liked. YET! there was no shooting in 99.99999999999999% of them. In fact, what is the percentage? There have been literally a handful of such incidents, out of 9 million chances. I would say, given such stats, there is NO systemic problem between cops, (not just white cops, because some of the incidents have involved black cops) and African-American males, as has been alleged.
Over the last 3 years, 540 AAs have been killed by police per year average. If we assign ALL 540 to incidents like these traffic stops, where "hands up, don't shoot" incidents are supposed to have happened that is 540/9,000,000 = .00006, which is a very small percentage. But, guess what!! most of those 540 deaths do NOT occur as a result of a routine traffic stop gone bad. Most of those shootings involve a violent criminal, a drug dealer, an armed-robber, or out of a domestic disturbance.
The article I got these numbers from does not have the breakdown on just how many of that 540 resulted from a routine encounter gone bad. That's probably because it is fewer than 20. Maybe, even less than that. One incident is one too many, but to try to make a case that there is some rampant "hunt" by police of AA males is ludicrous.
