Reports from Ravens' camp that KD tore his MCL in practice. Not sure of the seriousness of it, but it sounds serious. Hoping for the best.

I thought it was just a strain.
Grade 1 strain of his MCL. Dixon is day to day.

I happened to be watching the NFL network when they brought the report from Ravens training camp. The reporter said Harbough remarked that it is a minor sprain and they expect Dixon back as early as tomorrow. For what it's worth...
Have you considered those Dogs?
You strain muscles. You sprain ligaments. And technically, sprains are tears. It's just to what degree is the tear. This one sounds like a very minor injury. MCL sprains are typically 1- to 4-week injuries. A Grade 1 MCL sprain is the same injury Steph Curry suffered in the NBA playoffs. He only missed one game, but we can argue if he was ever fully healthy once he returned.

Let's hope he recovers quickly.
Butler was carted off today, but turned out it was just cramps. Whew.
Vernon Butler was also carted off the filed today for Carolina, but they said it was only cramps.

When Reagan was shot the press reported Brady had died. They get in such a rush to report things first they jump the gun. Just hope KD does not rush back-- we have all seen him fight thru injuries but it's a long season -- my biggest concern about his NFL career
Coach John Harbaugh was happy to see Dixon back on the practice field.
“He did look good, he looked quick and sharp and he made good cuts,” Harbaugh said. “I thought he did a pretty good job at pass protection, we'll have to see. On that last third-down run, that was a really special run. It was good to see him out there. He has been champing at the bit. The trainers were holding him back maybe a little more than he wanted them to. It's good to see him back.”
