Increase in my health care premium payments starting October 1st. This is on top of prior increases. I'll never vote for an incumbent again at any level of government.

I've thought about starting a petition where all signers would commit to voting against incumbents until term limits were inacted.
She states it better than I could.

BS! Of course term limits became a "problem" for that bitch after Karl Rove and his minions rolled into Mizzou. BS! No mention of the George Soros types of the world, eh. Total BS!
Yeah, in theory, an EDUCATED, INFORMED electorate should be able to term limit politicians. But the reality is incumbents have an over-whelming "home field" advantage. And there are reasons for this. This issue is SO COMPLICATED that it would take a thread of 100+ pages just to unravel it all. But, if anyone wants to go for a journey through the muck, I'm game for an extended discussion.
Well, for that specific case it was the right screwing it up (maybe?idk). That doesn't exclude the left from doing it, too. But I guess that doesn't matter because you ignore the rest of the article that made accurate points about why term limits are stupid.
Educate and informed people are still stupid collectively. Look at the Democrats and the fact that socialist and communist exist.
There is nothing complicated about it. Term limits are a net negative. This is one of many areas being so pro- small government to be anti-government goes too far.
My only compromise to this is an age out clause, but it's even less constitutionally possible. And, I would put standards and requirements (career progression) in place to even serve. Just being a citizen with the ability to get money isn't enough.

Just for the record, all of our insurance premiums are going up. Mine have gone up basically every year. This isn't an Obamacare issue.

...and being able to purchase insurance across state lines will hardly "move the needle" in reducing insurance costs.
You're lucky. My son's insurance has gone up about 50% each of the last two years. The clinic where my doctor is located will not take my insurance, United Health Care. I've read recently where United Health Care, Aetna, and Humana are all getting out of Obamacare. It's another bureaucratic mess by the Obama administration.
