In game 1 the Lady Techsters opened CUSA play by shutting out Charlotte 8-0 (run-rule in 6 innings).

Game 2: Bottom 1st Tech hit two RBI doubles and leads 3-0.
Bottom 4th- An RBI double and a 2-run home run from Tufi. Tech leads 6-0
Through 5 complete- Lady Techsters lead 7-0
Another 8-0 run-rule win in the 6th.

LA Tech is 2-0 in CUSA softball play.
