ULM Warhawks (@ULMWarhawks) posted a Tweet on Twitter on 7:45 PM August 10th which stated that ULM would give away 2 free tickets to the season opener against Southern for every 100 retweets.
As of 9:15 PM last night, the Tweet was only retweeted 64 times.
The tweet by ULM has since been deleted, but it has been saved here for posterity.

lets be fair here, if nobody watches them when the play a real opponent then why would they show up vs. Southern?

Nice try but wrong. Tech's 2nd largest home draw ever was 40,453 vs. Texas A&M in 2012. We've had several home attendance draws larger than Southern.
