You missed the point, Statboy. ULM can't draw a decent crowd for games that matter towards winning a conference championship or getting to a bowl game. So, why would they show up for an FCS programs. You guys travel exceptionally well. I was very impressed with the SU turnout in Ruston last year. Your fans will FAR outnumber the ULM fans.

Not sure. The tweet didn't even say that the two tickets would be given away to someone who retweets. They were just gonna give them away... to whom I have no idea.

What if we just invite them and their band to be our opponent in the Spring Game? Basically the same thing.

Actually, that would be great if we were allowed to do that. Think of all the money Tech could make with a full stadium for a spring game. And both teams benefit. SU gets the higher level of competition without having to count the loss. Tech's 2-3-4 string players get a lot playing time. Of course, the Human Jukebox would be required to accompany the SU football team.
