The cord-cutter's guide to (legally) watching college football

Are you a frugal college football fan and/or a hip Millennial? Chances are, you’re one of many American TV consumers who’ve cut the cord! But now that it’s college football season, you might feel obligated to buy back into the morass of high-dollar cable and satellite providers, just to enjoy the fabulous myriad of games across multiple networks each week.

Don’t do that, friend! (Unless you’re a Pac-12 fan.) We’ve assembled a quick guide on how to watch almost every college football game via non-traditional digital and streaming platforms.

    http://www.sbnation.com/college-foot...v-cord-cutting

The ESPNs and Fox Networks are available on both platforms.

ASN games SHOULD be streamed or available via OTA antenna in N LA. Campus Insiders is a free streaming service.

If your game is on the CBS Sports Network (most notably certain C-USA and American Athletic Conference games) or Pac-12 Networks in 2016, you’ll need a cable or satellite subscription. Both of those are unavailable on Sling or Vue and can’t be accessed via apps without first logging in through a cable provider.
The WKU (CBS Sports) & UTSA (UTSA Local) games are the only two that would be hard to get. I'm not sure if the UTSA broadcast will be streamed through any service. It is not listed on CUSA.TV

Costs - Both have no contract! You can move between levels at any time.

There have been updates to PSVue Lineup (some areas have live network stations and cost a little more). You don't need a playstation to get it if you have a Roku.
    PSVue Access Slim ($30) - includes ESPN, ESPN2, FS1, FS2, NBCSN
PSVue Core Slim ($35) - Above + beIN Sports, Big 10 Network, ESPNews, ESPN U, Fox Sports Networks, Golf, Longhorn Network, NFL Network, SEC Network
PSVue Elite Slim ($45) - all above + Fox College Sports, One World Sports, Outside TV
Maximum - $35/mo for Tech games

    Sling Orange ($20) - 25+ channels including ESPN, ESPN2
Sling Blue ($25) - 40+ channels including Fox Sports Networks ^, Comcast Sports Net (coming soon) ^, NFL Network, FS1, FS2, NBCSN
    All ($40) - Orange + Blue
Sports Package ($5) - NFL Redzone, SEC Network, ESPNU, ESPNEWS, beIN SPORTS, Golf Channel, ESPN Goal Line, ESPN Bases Loaded, ESPN Buzzer Beater, Outside Television, Motors TV North Am, Univision Deportes - this also has Campus Insiders channel (which is still free online)
Maximum - $45/mo for Tech games

I use Sling, orange and blue combo with the sports add on and I stream on the Roku 2 and the Roku stick. Both of these Roku stream great (not Xbox One, buffers constantly). Sling also now has NBCsports which the article did not mention. It has everything but CBS sports. I do not care about Big Ten network or any of that personally so I don't count that as a loss. Just letting anyone know that was wondering.
