I'm sorry Higgins lost his chance.
When Higgins was named starter he was the best according to our coaches.
He lost his job because of a disciplinary action. Had he lost it because of injury it would be different.
HCSH looks bad if he takes the opportunity away from Higgins at this point.
This crap game our AD set up for next week is the perfect game to allow our QB competition to shine.
Yeah, I was very impressed by J'Mar's composure. He appears to be capable of better "game time performance" than what Higgins has shown in the past. Higgins may practice better but if it doesn't translate into game performance then it doesn't matter.
Smith kept Higgins on the bench. No reason for Higgins to leave the bench until Smith screws up.
J'Mar should be the starter. Impressed by his composure. Best performance by a Fr QB in a LONG time.
after the first half today, i felt more comfortable with the ball in smith's hands than i ever have with it in higgins's. that said, higgins must have shown the coaches more than i have ever seen in him if they are even considering starting him at this point.
