Not only did LSU lose a football game Saturday, they also lost a lot of class as well.
Late in Wisconsin’s stunning 16-14 upset at Lambeau Field Saturday, D’Cota Dixon‘s interception of a Brandon Harris pass essentially sealed the win for the Badgers. It was what happened in the immediate aftermath of the game-sealing pick that caused an uproar across the vast expanses of the Internet as Dixon was absolutely leveled by Tigers offensive lineman Josh Boutte.

Boutte was, not surprisingly, ejected from the contest for the flagrant — and blatant — personal foul. It’s unknown if the lineman will face any further punishment from the SEC for the cheapshot.

Im with the OL lineman here. The guy is running with the ball towards his goal line and he didn't hear a whistle. It wasn't a cheap shot but a guy that thought he needed to tackle the guy with the ball.

OLineman do not know how to tackle. I just remember a couple of times I didn't hear the whistle and got a penalty for late hits when chasing a play. The only one who knows is the guy who did the hit. If he comes and and says he thought the play was still going, I would believe him.

This is the dirtiest play I've ever seen on a football field. He knew the player was down already. He had to run through guys standing around celebrating to get to him. What a cheap shot He should have to miss at least 3 games. I liked the Wisconsin coach's take on it. "That's the way they play football and we have our ways to play football."
